Title Screen and Menu Improvements

Updated the title screen with some basic art and improved the menus.

you can now start a fresh game, even if you have save data. to instead load your save, a continue game button appears when a valid save file is present.

the title screen is HOPEFULLY temporary, i would like to do one which has at least a spider-bot looking menacing on it. but i couldnt leave it blank any longer, art block be damned.
