First Update!!!

first update to the game! i wish it were bigger, but im learning to code on my own, and for the first time, so progress is slow and full of dumb mistakes.

new in the update:

more upgrades to choose from!

random upgrades each level up! (now that we have more than 3, it was necessary!)

improvements to the options menu! it now remembers what you chose, persisting not just through scenes, but through play sessions! so long as the config file isn't changed drastically in a future update, that is.

im not sure how much further im going to take this project, but i would like to get audio working, and maybe implement a final boss before i call it complete. could also use some main menu art as well as some art for this itch page, but who knows when that will happen.
